Hello everyone,
I am looking for a function to have some kind of fixed / automatic conference call with a fixed number.
Perhaps I can combine some existing features to achieve this, perhaps it can be programmed with the CFD, perhaps someone already has something like this?
What I need:
-A defined group of people: Extension A, B, C
-A number attached to this group, let's say extension 799
-As soon as someone (doesn't have to be in the group themselves) dials 799, ext A, B and C should ring.
-When someone answers (A answers) the caller and A can speak.
-Extensions B and C should keep ringing and when they answer as well, they should be added to the conference call between A and the caller.
We intend to use this for internal emergency calls.
The first (internal) first responder to answer the call, can talk to the caller and go the to accident location immediately.
But when other (internal) first responders answer as well, they also have a channel open for communication with each other (eg. who brings the bandage box etc).
What would be a good way to approach this?
I have been tinkering with the paging, intercom and conference calls but I can't get it to do exactly this yet.
Thanks!
