Flowroute 500 and 603s lately?

Hi,

Has anyone had flowroute constantly 500 and 603 their calls?

We have seen such a huge spike and they have responded with "fixing routes" but its unacceptable at this point. Anyone else having this issue?

are the numbers you happen to be calling cellular phone users? there is a major ongoing problem with cell companies dropping calls due to them being flagged as spam when they are not spam. flowroute and voip.ms have been the two hardest hit trunks we route calls on, it's bad enough i moved one of my schools to a new provider, and then had a meeting with an account rep about how this needs to be fixed asap so i don't have to move the other couple dozen accounts. so far things have calmed down.
