Flowroute CALL DISPLAY NAME stopped working

Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for checking this post and helping out. We have found out recently that all the customers that are with Flowroute has a problem sending the company name out , only the digits go out. Did anyone else experience the same issue? We are in Canada.Thanks a lot

Yes this was all working for years and all of sudden when we started preparing new client we noticed that and reached out to 3cx and well as Flowroute and came down to that Flowroute said that they can not guarantee. And here i m pasting the exact reaply form Flowroute below.

For a standard international call from a Canada-originating number to Canada terminating number is subject to the limitation of in-country (Canada) regulations. Call completion may be inconsistent dependent upon how the regulators handle specific number terminations. This is the standard of the Canadian government.

Since Flowroute says they cannot guarantee this behavior then there is little we can do from our end. And since you did not change anything from the 3CX side then its really down to Flowroute.

Hello there,

Trying to figure out the same thing too. Can you confirm if it's the Outbound Parameters - From : Display Name you set the Custom Field for?

I tried to tweak this multiple times and it's on-and-off. Even when I set it to CallerDispName it doesn't always show the name of the user.
