Flowroute SMS issue but MMS working

Hey all.

I have an interesting issue. Some users arent able to receive SMS from certain numbers but MMS is working perfectly fine.

Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot?

Do you see any error in the event log?
Have you also contacted Flowroute for this issue?

I have yet to contact Flowroute, I do see the message on Flowroute side. No errors on 3CX. Some numbers are working just fine while others are not. Its a mix bag at the moment.

This seems to be related with the provider and has to be clarified from their side.
