Fnavil i31s not able to call local extensions, only 4 digits are taken..

I have a free service 10 extension, with apps and with a Fanvil V62 (ext 37210) router phone and a door phone Fanvil i31s(ext 37219) attached to the router phone and the following works:

-(ext 37219) i31s DSS key from door phone to v62 ext (37210) Ok
-V62(37210) to I31 (37219) Ok
-Any extension from the system (37210 to 37218) is able do dial door i31S(37219) ok

But from the dial pad of the Fanvil I31 I am not able to call any one of the above extensions.. and it seems is 3cx is only getting or considering 4 digits.. with the following error.,,

dialing 37217.

"There was no user or outbound rule found for the number 3721 that Ext.37219 dialed."

From de i31s web portal I am able to dial any of the local extensions..

Any Idea?

Does the set with the dialing errors have in internal dialplan that requires modification?

Just found the issue, ant the web console there is an option for the Fanvil i31s, to send by default 4 digits.. just change it to 5 and that solved the problem.. thanks /leejor
