we have a client that works purely from a remote desktop environment who have just moved to 3cx, we have the client installed locally on the workstation (outside of the remote desktop session)
and have enabled focus so when they recieve a call we want it to come into focus, but it doesnt seem to be working when they are working inside the remote session, just looking to see if anyone has found a workaround to this, we had played around at the idea of running 3cx client inside the RDS session but ideally would like the focus to run ok
