I have a bug to report, the qr code does not work, i have tried with 2 friends and it fails, however when they login via web client and get the qr code from inside there, the qr code works fine! so the qr code from outside of that fails to work (while remote) it may work locally but not remotely, thats the feedback im getting from 2 friends, can you fix it so that the qr code is accurate and works both locally and remotely! thanks!

the error is qr provisioning failed (generic error) < look out for that and this should help you walk around it!

I just decoded the qr code and they are all local ip instead of the 3cx remote domain which is the prefered, so hopefully this can be updated so that 3cz domain is used inbstead of a local ip address as a standard.

Scan the code from the Webclient via the FQDN, and not the private IP. The QR code is dynamic based on where you access it from.

Or even better, use the one in the welcome email, this one has both.

thanks for your reply, I decoded the qr code that came from inside the main console page (admin panal) and its always local ip it is not dynamic, to get the remote domain the client has to login via web connect thing then that qr code is dynamic like the original qr code should be! decode it yourself if you dont belive me https://jnet.sytes.net/apps/Crypto/qrcode/upload.php unless there is an option or setting that i am missing! i stand my my original post.
