Yeah I have been trying to use that documentation but am unable to get message delivery status to 3CX.
How does 3CX match incoming delivery reports to messages sent by 3CX?

If 3CX sends From, to and text how does it match the delivery report from the SMSC to this specific message?

Delivery status doesn't work for generic SMS.

It's a bug but one they won't fix as far as we know. Our provider tried everything to get those working and it never worked.

No delivery status checkmark unfortunately. You only get 1/2 checks with generic. I've got a fairly long thread in this forum and discussions with several other folks who've tried.

SMS *does* work reliably with generic. We've built a layer over our SMS gateway for this that customers use our portal to do the integration with. In lieu of continuing down this path I'm trying to get our SIP service officially listed.
