Hello,
we have a pro-license SC4 und trying to set up da trunk to twilio.
The trunk itself works. I can dial out und talk and test-calls from twilio come in and are fully working voice.

All other trunks (german provider and fritzbox) fully work for all users.

The Problem is that ONLY SOME users can call outbound over twilio (inbound I do not know because wie do not need).
Call or Registration to +181425xxxxx@(Ln.10005@twilio) has failed. sip:54.172.60.0:5060;lr replied: Forbidden (403)

Every new user-account works. Some old ones work - but not all.
The users are all same in permissions and roles. It does not have any effect what role.

It is not important that a user can dial out over twilio, but we want that one Number is dialed if no agent is online.
But no forwarding from digital recepionist or from one user is working.

I think that it might be a problem of the calling user. It seems that what ever problem is routed over the forwarding too.

E164 is set off.

Version 20.0 Update 4 Build 487 Release

I do not see any sense in this problem..

Thanks
Martin

Hello Martin,

It sounds like the users that are not working might have custom outbound caller IDs configured into their extensions. Please check that that is not the case and try again.
You could as an alternative edit your outbound rule and specify an outbound caller ID in the "Outbound caller ID" column. That overrides all other caller IDs so you will be sending the correct one all the time.
Try it and let us know,.

That realy worked... I can not understand why, because I did not tell twilio any outboundnumber.
Nevertheless - its fine so.

Thanks
