This dial code seems to be missing in the latest V20 release.

Yes, it's no more there for full pbx, way to get same behavior is you need to use departments instead with V20

I see no good way to put the system or department in or out of office except with a fixed schedule.

We have many clients that use this feature to put a system out of office on a random basis because of emergency closures, etc. One of our medical clients used this just yesterday because all the doctors were sick and they had to close early.

I really hope to see this added back as it is a much-needed feature.

It has been moved to Parameters, however on the hosted platform I don't think you have access

I did find it in parameters and set it to the old code and it worked. This is on a hosted system that I use for testing. I hope we do not lose access to the parameters going forward.

for me, the use is most of the time for shops or dentists needing to open or close on weekends
just found it too, it seems to always work even it's no more displayed in dial code section

The dial code is no longer available as now you can configure office hours per department. You can select the option to override office hours from your web client, select department and set destination and timeframe:

Hi Theodoros,
Well, it's good to know where to find now, but in shops or even dentists we have, they are not in front of a pc to set something with webclient.
Most of the time they have only DECT phones and nothing else. So dialing a code *64 on a phone to force pbx is for sure an ultra easy way, doable from every extension of the pbx, and done in few seconds .

Probably doable with a CFD at some point (not yet tho.)
