Force Day/Night With Code

I have tried using the *641/*642 code for Day/Night on SMB but it doesn't work. When dialled you get nu tone.

Can this be done on SMB or not.

Have a customer that doesn't have set times open and closed and only have desk phones small taxi firm and everything is done manually.

On Professional we have customers with pre programmed BLF key.

I tried other code like log in and out of queue and they work.

Amended to add that unlike other 3CX there is nowhere to specify the code

The dial code doesn't exist in v20 nor SMB. It's done via the Webclient only.

SMB is more limited as it is a shared instance.

It can be done via the Webclient, so the manual option does exists. Just not the dial code.

The SMB version does not allow you to force out of the office via dial code, nor for that matter will a dedicated instance in v20.

In SMB and V20, you can override the office hours set via the webclient of the user with the appropriate role:

No they cannot. Each department has its own office hours and settings. This would put all departments out of office.

The dial code is global.

Can a member of a department put their own group in and out of day/night using code on phone.
