Force IN/OUT office: what rights are required?

Hi.
I see there are dial codes (here) which allows forcing the PBX into IN/OUT office mode. The page says

If the Administrator dials *641

This means any extension with Options > Rights > System Management > General system administration checkbox enabled can do the switch?

Where can these dial codes be customized? They're not in Dialcodes, and in Parameters I only see a descriptive param without a value (DIALCODEOUTOFFICE).

Anyone can dial these code

You can change the dial code, with Settings - Dial Codes -

To stop people dialling it, I would change it and any give it to the required people
