I have version 16.0.6.655 hosted in amazon lightsail, using the included 3cx smtp servers to deliver voicemails to email. The original domain name, created through the PBX Express and hosted by 3cx, had to be changed. The change necessitated a restore to the new domain name, also using the PBX Express. Customer now notices that the earlier incorrect domain name is still being used to deliver the vm's to email. The header of the email is including the old incorrect domain name in the "From", as formatted like this. The xxx's represent the incorrect sending domain:
From: 3CX Phone System - XXXXXXXXXXXX <[email protected]>
I see that through the web interface I can not make changes to the smtp server "sending" domain, how can I correct this email glitch? Any help greatly appreciated.
