forward all vms to another mailbox automatically

Hello Everyone
Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for stopping by and pitching in . Quick question , how can i forward all the voicemail messages from one extension's mailbox to another extension's mailbox automatically ? i told the customer these options below but they still insist me to find a way to through into 2 mailboxes .
Option 1 Send it to an email so whoever has access to that email can check the message.

Hello @BABALUCHA that would be the workaround, directly use a distribution email address and implement it on the extension, so VM to email will be sent to that address and the users can check the message.

Another option is just adding a ring group or call queue with those extensions, then you can forward the calls to the Group VM and the agents in that group will receive an email with the notification.
