We have 3CX V15 installed and Protech MV-372 VOIP Gateway its registered and everything is OK
we can receive and make calls internally and externally.
I have 4 Mobile phones and would like to forward the incoming calls from each mobile like(+945..) to specific extension (102) , I have tried to create inbound rule and configure it to forward incoming call based on CID number but the calls connect directly to default extension that configured in SIP trunk.
even I tried to use Digital Receptionist it's same
Is there any steps missing or if there are different ways to do that?
