Hi everyone,

is there an "elegant" solution how I can set forwarding buttons in Yealink?
with Placetel it was very simple-> activate forwarding for key-> provisioning-> done.
when activating-> also shows Yealink in the display and the buttons are all clearly recognizable and labeled.
At 3CX I can only regulate via status, edit buttons manually in Yealink, then everything is gone again the next time I provision,
everything in English, with active forwarding no information in the display.

thanks for your tips.

Use the statuses for forwarding. That's what they are for.

On-Device Call Forwarding is not supported by 3CX.

not good..for employees. I hope it comes ...

Hi @i.becker,

Also just to add that, if you set any of the keys up on the phone, the settings will be overwritten by the config file it downloads as soon as the phone reprovisions, which it is set to do approximately every 24hrs. Changes should be made via the Management Console / Web Client if you'd like them to persist.

The Webclient makes it easy for employees
yes, it is known, but i don't want to set it up every day. I only used the web client, but my older colleagues can't live without an old phone :)

You should be able to program a custom speed dial BLF to change status.

that is all doable. the point is that if the user status is activated, then it says either dnd or something else. with nfon or placetel you have the forwarding function directly in the menu to select, so yealink is provisioned directly. you can set it up manually, but every day.
an employee comes and does not see on the phone that a status is activated.
on the provisioned phone, yealink immediately shows forwarding to ... city ...
the employee has to activate available instead of just pressing the same button for forwarding.
