Forwarding calls from one 3CX system to another

We have our own 3CX system and are now gathering a number of digital agencies to work together on projects as we as customer support.
We are trying figure out how we can forward a call from one 3CX system's extension number to another 3CX's extension number please?

You will need to bridge your 3CX systems together in order to inter-transfer from EXT to EXT on different 3CX PBXs

You will need PRO or ENT edition on each 3CX.
