Forwarding calls to "0" to an extension

I am using the hosted solution for a Hotel PBX. Many guest dial "0" trying to reach the front desk. How can I forward calls to "0" to my front desk extension? The solutions I see use setting the SIP ID to 0 and enabling SIP calls, however on the hosted PBX SIP Calls are not allowed. So how do we get around this to get calls to 0 forwarded to an extension?

How I got it to work in a round about way was to create a outbound rule for "0" that used my dial out trunk and striped the "0" and then dialed to direct DID to the Front desk extension. So now if the user dials "0" it basically makes an outgoing call to a direct dial DID attached to that extension. Only thing that stinks about this is I am going to be paying to make a internal call to another extension, but hey at least it works!

1. create SIP trunk with 127.0.0.1:5060
2. create outbound rule(s) for this trunk to desired DIDs
3. attach existing inbound DIDs rules to this trunk

I don't know how to create the loop trunk. On the hosted version it makes you pick from list of approved trunk providers when you go to add a new trunk.

I can add it using a template but what do I use for authentication type and username and password?

Set it to IP Authenticated and use nothing.

I did not figure out how to create a loop trunk using 3cx hosted version. I did get it to work by assigning a did the extension and creating a outbound rule to dial that DID when someone dials "0", and it is working. However I am paying per minute for those calls.
