I'm having a bit of a nightmare setting up forwarding rules for a client and looking for a bit of insight!
How I want it to work is that :
Available - Logged on/at their desk.
Away - temporarily out of the office/on break (External to Voicemail, Internal to moble)
Out of Office - same as away, but outside of office hours - everything to mobile.
This seems to work great, but, I ideally want to still be able to transfer calls from external using the same rules...
...Forwading an external call works fine for a standard announced transfer on a Cisco SPA504, but it fails from MyPhone, 3CXPhone, or blind transfer.
Is there anyway around this - if a transfer happens by someone internally, I always want it to be as if the call was internal?
