FQDN and iPhone Apps were lost since last night.

In the early morning went to the office, reset the system (all 3CX, modem, Dell machine), reprovisioned app, nothing.

Updated to the Version 18.0 Update 3 (Build 461). Nothing.

Contacted support, told them, told me FQDN meeting has a problem. Nothing about actual FQDN.

Before doing more actions, is there a problem with FQDN?

Cannot load it on my phone browser either.

Info:
Professional Annual
Server OS: Debian 10 Self Hosted on a Dell Machine
Provisioning: Stun - Dynamic IP
iPhone Tested 6 with latest app and iPhone 11

Things to check / answer

1. Do you have a static Wan or Dynmaic ip wan address.

2. If you do an nslookup of the fqdn does it match your wan IP address

3. I am guessing you can not access the 3cx management console via fqdn remotely

Yes, I can access it internally.

Yes, it was a firewall problem although I did a full reset today morning to be sure that there is no problem there.

Based on ISP's representative, "last night our ISP updated our IP with a new one, a quicker IP (100mbps) that although has problems with the port forwarding". The ISP representative reset the modem and we took 2 new IPs (one, then reset again, and another), and finally, all worked.

We already had in place all port forwarding that was running well before yesterday night and we did nothing new there.

All fine now. So the ISP made a mistake and then corrected it.

Thank you @Saqqara for your kind help!

Sounds like the problem was related to DNS propagation then. In any case, glad to see you got this sorted in the end, please do feel free to start a new thread should you need anything else!
