I am going to configure a 3CX server using our own FQDN. But the following step is that I require to provide a certification file. Does 3CX offer any method to create a certification request so that I could get the certification file from the CA organisation?

Have to ask why, save yourself the hassle and just use 3CX fqdn and ssl certificates.
