So, I love the 3CX system and I have had it working for a year now with 0 issues until today.
Today the FQDN for my system stopped working, I can't access it locally, (from withing my lan), or remotely. No changes have been made to the firewall or network that could affect it, the IP address still works properly for access from both inside the network and outside.
I've run the firewall checker and it all passed. Phones can make outbound calls, but know inbound calls.

Please provide more details on your setup. Windows? Linux? What 3CX version? If you ping the FQDN does it resolve to an IP or does it say unknown?

I've actually resolved my problem for accessing the system. Looks like Microsoft Edge is not working to browse to the 3CX admin pages anymore. This unfortunately for me coincided with a inbound call routing issue, that I could not discover until I was back in the admin pages. So I'm back up and running.- Thanks so much for your quick reply though.
