Hi, my FQDN (ultimatecleaners.3cx.com.au) is down for the last 4 days and not receiving any calls.
I am not a tech guy and unable to pay for support as well at the moment. Passing time through very big trouble.
Can anyone please help?

@Emran Haidar as I can see your PBX is self hosted in Google.
I would highly recommend to check this with your system administrator from your Google Console.

Can you please tell me a bit more specific? Because in google there was a payment problem, my card was expired and so they terminated my account. Then I changed the card details and paid the balance straight away. Now everything is fine there but still, I having the problem.

If they terminated your account, the instance has been deleted and cannot be recovered.

@Emran Haidar you may re-deploy your pbx to self-hosted infrastructure by logging in to https://customer.3cx.com, click More and select self host.
Deploy your pbx in Google again and then if you have your backup you may upload it on top.
This will bring back all your config and settings.
