Trying to juggle two PBX installs with two different keys and two 3cx.us FQDNs and migrate it to one install I ended up with unwanted FQDN and want to get the one I've released for the key I'm currently using back.

How can I do that?

Thanks!

Hello @stangri

If i understand correctly you have the system installed with the correct key but wrong FQDN? If so then you need to perform a backup without licence and FQDN information and un-install the PBX. Then login to the costumer portal and release the key you want to use from the wrong FQDN and re-install the PBX providing the correct information.

Thanks for your reply.

Is uninstall an absolutely necessary step in this process? I've used PBX Express to auto-provision the GCE instance, I don't want to deal with the SSH access and then it's a micro-instance, I remember there were some issues installing or upgrading 3cx in the past?

I am afraid it is as you cannot change the FQDN after the installation.
