So i moved 3CX from one pc to another pc a while back. All went well and the new pc can take calls , make calls, etc etc
During the move i released the FQDN via the customer portal and restored the back on the new pc and set a new FQDN
What is happening now is that i get x2 automated emails telling me FQDN old AND FQDN new has been backed up successfully (Thats amazing that a backup can occur on a instance that does not exist anymore
)
And alos, i am getting emails saying "HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed - License Key and FQDN mismatch The license key and FQDN are not linked together. This is caused by a number of installations in parallel where license key and fqdn's were shared. A license key should be linked to one FQDN which should be installed on one system"
Weird, because the old pc is not even on and on the new pc there is only one instance and everything looks good on the dashboard and customer portal.
I dont know how or why the old FQDN still lives
