Solved FQDN ssl certificate didn’t auto renew

Hello,

Our ssl certificate (in the form of xxxxx.3cx.gr) didn't auto renew as before and today is out of date. We have many clients (web app) that are offline due to certificate.

3cx version is 18.0 (Build 939) running in linux

Is there a way to fix that?

Update to latest build, check your DNS and run a firewall test.

Also ensure that there is not any geolocation restriction on your firewall that will disallow the certificate renewal.

After check all the above (DNS,geolocation restriction) and reboot of the Linux server certificate renewed after some hours.

DNS entry was ok (8.8.8.8)
geolocation restriction was applied only on ports 5001 and 5060 (for incoming connections), i don't know if that was the problem

@Nik0laS Most probably this was the case but i'm glad this is resolved
