Yes. When you view "My Systems" click on "All Subscriptions" and change to "NFR subscriptions".

Yes,

During the migration from Version 18 to Version 20 it will automatically convert your subscription to Version 20.

Before the migration, please ensure that your System Owner extension's email address is unique, and that you follow the steps in this guide https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-upgrade-checklist-faq/

I’m currently running 3CX on Windows and want to move to Linux. It's best to upgrade the Windows version first so my license key can be updated. Afterward, I can perform a fresh installation on Linux and restore the system.

No need for this extra step.

You can take your backup in your Windows Version 18 and then just restore to Linux Version 20. The backup is the same in either Operating system!

The license key will be upgraded in the process as well.
