Solved free license outbound rule

with the free license, I don't see where to create an outbound rule so that the users do not have to dial 1 plus area code for local calls. is that a limitation of the free license or am I just not looking in the correct place

If outbound rules is missing then unable to make outbound calls. I don't see anywhere 3cx have listed outbound rules not available.
I can't find outbound rules at all.

Outbound rules are automatically created when you add a trunk in the free license. You just have to dial all numbers in E164 format (so 1-xxx-yyy-zzzz if dialing in US to US numbers)

I got it figured out.
I had to enable outbound calling in flowroute.
Outbound calls are good now.
Thanks for responding then I know it wasn't 3cx side issue.

Actually outbound rules allow for dialing of all number formats so just check what your provider supports.
