I am evaluating 3CX and would like to know if the following features I use with FreePBX are supported with 3CX:
An example of the above is an inbound route setup for 01202 999999. We have an outbound route which is referenced with a dial prefix of 300 and a CID of 01202 999999. This number is assigned to Client A. I also have an extension (300) which when dialed rings an external line 01202 888888 (with a dial prefix of 300) which is the main number for Client A. This will enable me to receive calls on 01202 999999 and if necessary transfer the call to the client. it also enables me to ring Client A as if they were an internal extension.
So basically I can receive calls on 01202 999999, make calls (using 300 prefix) with CID of 01202 999999 and also ring a client by dialling 300 and also transfer calls to the client using 300.
On our intranet website, I have a link which provides destination number, outbound route (via dial prefix) & internal extension. Asterisk calls the internal extension which, when picked up, proceeds to dial the destination number using the outbound dial prefix.
We have about 10 different inbound routes which need associated outbound routes and extensions.
I hope that makes sense! I really just need pointers as to which area I need to look into to utilise the above requirements.

- Multiple outbound routes with different telephone numbers and CID. Each of these uses a different dial prefix.
- Pseudo Extensions - extensions dial external numbers (so I can transfer a call to a client) (Misc Destinations in FreePBX)
- Ability to initiate call from a website (website provides telephone number, outbound route (via dial prefix) & internal extension).
