Freshdesk integration

Hello,

We want to install the 3CX / Freshdesk integration. We have 3CX V15.0.60903.0 and an active Freshdesk account. Here is the user guide:

I am at the very beginning of the process, and I am being asked the following:

1. From the 3CX Management Console you need to download the plugin from the 3CX update server to your 3CX server. Go to "Settings" > "CRM Integration" Page . From the "Available CRM Integrations" panel select Freshdesk and press Download.

Problem is: in "Settings" I can't find a "CRM Integration" section.

Any idea why?

Hello @AlainC

That is because the guide is for the latest version of the PBX where the CRM integration has moved to the settings section. I would strongly recommend upgrading your PBX to the latest version before proceeding. For your version the crm integration should be at the updates section of the PBX. Once downloaded the integration should be visible under extension settings
