Apparantly the current XML templates bundled with 3CX is for FreshSales CRM, but this product changed name to Freshworks CRM and the templates is no longer compatible. Is there a way to get an updated version?
We attempted to build one using the template designer, but we were forced to give up because there is api functions that are required but doesn't seem to be documented.
