From address on voice mail attachments

Is it possible to change the from address on email attachments to something more standard so that users can create inbox rules. Right now, the from address is the phone number of the caller. Ideally something like
"3cxVoicemail@our domain

This probably depends on what your mail server selection is. You do not mention your specific setup.
I am using a Custom Server to a local on premise SMTP Relay, and set it to "[email protected]".

thanks, that was actually exactly the direction for us to look. Under email settings, templates we found what we were looking for.

We are using a custom SMTP server (on site Exchange) but under the templates is the caller name in the from section for voice mail messages. We'll test some changes to that which should resolve our issue

The voicemail is still from that email address in email setup but the display name is the extension.
