Hello,

Since the v20 U7 had been applied to our system all backups fail with the same error message:

Failed to get the EPSV port from: Entering Extended Passive Mode

Any idea why is it happening?

Anyone has the same issue?

Thanks in advance,
Joel

Is it possible to create a support ticket in order to check this further?

Hi, I have the same issue, did you have resolved this ?

Anyone have this fixed yet? Have this issue with a handful of systems backing up to a self hosted filezilla server for backups and recording archives - thought it was due to some password changes but then found a few threads here.

Please open support tickets with 3CX technical support via your partner portal's support page so we can check this for you.

Will do, thanks Charles

My workaround is to use ftpes mode with encryption to avoid usage of EPSV. in this mode it is working.

Has there been a resolution or workaround to this issue? My customer's FTP backup also stopped working on V20 U7, with FileZilla as the server, and it was working normally beforehand. If you can share the resolution that would be great.
