FTP Buckup using Filezilla

Hi,
I have issue setting up my 3CX Cloud Hosted Storage Backup via FileZilla FTP.
I was able to connect the 3CX Cloud to my On-prem Windows using Filezilla but having issue within permission base on log from FIleZilla.

Generally spreaking the MLSD command is send in order to get the list of content in the directory.
First point is that the directory is /D:/3CX_Backups while it should be D:/3CX_Backups. Also since the connection is there you might need to just add it as /3CX_Backups
This is configuration setting you need to check.

Can you please remove the D:\ from the path?

I already update the path to " 3CX_Backups " and till I get same error "550 Permission denied"

Then you need to check the permission to the folder. For reference check this guide as well.

The path here in the 3CX, should be only /
