Hello Everyone
First of thanks for stopping by and checking out this post
i have 3cx hosted instance where FTP Recordings Archiving has stopped working. i wonder is this something to do with the instance itself casuse i have done the followings :
1 NAS Drive is up & running
2 i can access the ftp folder from outside world with same credentials that i m using in 3cx instance ( so we know port is open and we can FTP with no issues.)
3 i even created a test folder remotely and verified by going in to the drive later. ( so we know we have rights to do so)
Why now i think it is 3cx itself maybe has issue , because there is no HIT in the NAT Table in Cisco ASA firewall where the NAS sitting behind it.
Which service i can STOP/RESTART to solve this if someone agrees with me that it is 3cx instance itself .i would like to bring minimum service down time. Again everyone thanks in advance
