We would like to suggest adding a full-text search function to the chat feature in the 3CX Web Client.
Over the past few weeks and months, several of our customers have specifically asked for the ability to search through existing chat messages by keywords or phrases.
At the moment, finding specific information in older conversations can be difficult, especially when users have a large number of chats or long chat histories.
A full-text search would significantly improve usability and productivity by allowing users to quickly locate previous messages, customer information, decisions, or other relevant content.
Ideally, the search could also be combined with filters such as:
