FXS Gateway Showing as Unprovisioned but still works to make calls.

Hi,

We are using a Grandstream FXS gateway to provide analog services. The Grandstream extensions below shows as provisioned and if I reboot it it shows up in bold after every reboot, but also shows provisioned below instead of just provisioning. We have a FortiGate and Aruba 6000 switches. Passes the firewall checker completely. Tested NAT enabled and disabled with the VLANs these devices are on. Yealink phones provision and work just fine.

Anyone run into this or have suggestion on a direction on where else to look, network-wise?

Hi, I see you have v2 of these gateways that use a different firmware version, so I can not advice if these will work with the default template. These must be integrated as shown here.

If further assistance is needed I recommend you to enter in contact directly with Grandstream since these are third party supported.

Hi, we have about 16 some of them at other locations and some are V2 but they have worked in other locations and the difference in hardware revision is not noted or specifically mentioned on the link you provided so users/admins can't take that as being an issue unless 3CX denotes that on the page since the 4224 hardware revision 2 is sold under the same model number of 4224.

But also this issue is happening with the 4224 one at IP 52.20 shown on the page, so it definitely is not a hardware revision issue, i just used those two as a example I could put in a small snip.
