FYI Firmware Bug 96.86.0.63 Bluetooth headset no audio

I have a bug with the latest 3CX Yealink firmware. Version 96.86.0.63 will not work audio with Plantronics PLT V5200 headset. It connects but no audio. I downgraded firmware back to 96.86.0.45 and then it works. Upgraded back to 63 and no longer works.

Thanks for reporting this. The accessory / peripheral support is not something we delve into from the 3CX side, we usually publish the firmware as-is when Yealink provides us with upgrades.

I think the best thing to do is speak with Plantronics support to see if they can give you a solution/workaround to get your headsets back, or inform Yealink support by reporting this to them. If does indeed have a bug they may include a fix in the the next upgrade.
