Just thought I'd share one of my experiences with using the android client with in-car bluetooth.
When calls came into my mobile number, the radio would stop and the car's speaker would be taken over by the call. When the android client v11 was registered, the car's speaker was constantly taken over by the app, even when there were no calls active so the radio no longer worked.
upgrading to version 12 has now fixed this bug and the app only takes control of the car's speakers during a call!
