I am using Vitelity as a SIP Trunk provider with a fresh install V20. It was NOT registering with the provider and Vitelity did not see an attempt.
I deleted the Vitelity trunk entry and re-entered it using the "Generic Registration" provider template. Voila. Registered.
I don't know if anyone else would have this experience (and frustration) but in case you're having issues Registering with Vitelity, you might try this approach.
