How can I confirm if Gai-Tronics VoIP sip phone work with 3CX system?

Being a SIP device it should work (at least for basic functions), but, is not officially supported. This means that you will have to configure the device manually.

I would contact the manufacturer, to see if they know anyone use the device with 3CX, or have any plans to get the device supported with 3CX. If the have a forum, you might check there.
