Gamma Trunk Not Registering

I'm having trouble registering a gamma trunk. I've tried the same trunk directly on a yealink phone and it registers fine with incoming and outgoing calls working. On 3CX I've tried adding it using the gamma template where i get a 404 error. I've also tried adding it as a generic trunk but get a "There's no Contact in response from server" error when trying to make calls. Can't think why it would register fine on the phone but not work at all within 3CX.

Have you looked at the Activity Log to see if there are error messages? Does it look as if the INVITES are going to the correct IP and port?

Hello @WebMediafields

Please note that the Gamma trunks 3CX supports are IP based so no registration is required. The template is also configured to not send a registration as it is not required. You need to provide Gamma with your Static public IP and use the default template.
