Gateway FXS doesn’t stop ringing!

Hello guys!
I have a grandstream ht812 fxs it was working fine for a few weeks now I keep getting calls. It doesn’t stop ringing caller ID.10000 or 40000 I have tried connecting it via SBC a few times it wasn’t registering so I connected via stun and it won’t stop ringing can anyone help shed some light on this?

Hi there.
Since you are using STUN, it seems that you are getting external requests not from 3CX, and as a result, it rings.
Your solution will be to limit your firewall and allow only 3CX PBX IP as a trusted incoming SIP requests.

I am using a Yealink t53 as sbc I have tried contacting the fxs via sbc following the 3cx guide and it wouldn’t register I’d rather have it hooked up to the sbc

We won't be able to advise on the firewall configuration of your remote site.
When it comes to Routerphone T53, ensure that it is on the firmware 96.86.0.77
Once done, you can follow this guide here and provision your Grandstream FXS

Where do I enter the ip address?

This step can be ignored, now you will have a dropdown box in the settings where you will select SBC you have.

I have confirmed that the phone SBC is on the correct firmware I have followed the guide on 3cx and still it won’t register

Did you reprovision the gateway, so that it can get the update configuration file?

Yes I completely deleted it and reprovisioned.
The only way I was able to get it registered in the past was through STUN but now I get all these calls

Give it a try by placing the Phonesystem provisioning URL into the web interface of the FXS, to see how it goes.

Where do I place it in the fxs web interface?

You will need to access your FXS by the local IP address, so you will need to be in the same network where the FXS is.
