Gateway service REST API docs?

Hi all,

I was very excited to see there was going to be a REST API gateway service in 3CX 18. Now i am testing out my first v18 3CX PBX and i see a "GATEWAY_SERVICE_PASSWORD" parameter. Unfortunately i cannot find any documentation for the gateway service anywhere. Where can i find it?

The REST API and Gateway service will not be released until around the service pack 1 or 2 timeframe (rumor). So far, we have not seen any more information other than the general announcement.

Oh! That is very disappointing. 3CX: may i suggest you communicate this more clearly? It was not clear to me in every case.
