It seems like the GDPR-checkbox ha no ":focus" or ":focus-visible" layout. When the text inputs for Name and Email is focued the bottom border gets thicker. Since you are using a CSS pseudo element for the GDPR-checkbox maybe the border of the checkbox may get thicker when it has focus?
Since you are using Shadow DOM for the Chat control I assume it's a little bit tricky to solve this on my own?
