Solved GDS3710 configuración "Number Called When Door Bell Pressed"

Estimados,

Luego de un reinicio el portero pierde la configuración "Number Called When Door Bell Pressed" (Adjunto una imagen de referencia de la configuración), por lo tanto cuando alguien presiona la "campanita" no se dispara la llamada hacia el grupo de timbrado en 3CX.

Si bien tengo configurada una alerta en caso de que el sistema esta caido, si pasa por la madrugada (por ejemplo por un corte de luz) me entero de que esta desconfigurado recien cuando alguien toca el portero.

Estuve leyendo en algunos foros que es posible configurar esta opcion directamente desde la plantilla en 3CX. Podrán indicarme si esto es correcto, o si hay alguna otra manera de que esta configuración se realice automáticamente en caso de rebooteo del equipo?.

That's right, we have already done those steps when the doorphone was configured for the first time. (a year ago)

So far, this is the only misconfiguration we have detected but we have not found a way to correct it.

We are also having the same issue. It seems quite buggy.

I think my unit keeps requesting to reprovision but fails. It's been unstable since V20 update. It seemed to work while testing on previous version of 3CX.

It's on 1.0.7.24.

Since yesterday's post, I have factory reset the device (as it suggests as one of the first steps in the config guide) and started again. Since I did this it has behaved.

I found a post: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/grandstream-gds37-series-configuration-guide.80408/ which suggested making a BLF for the "Number Called When Door Bell Pressed" value. When I then reprovisioned the device it automatically pulled across the number to call. I would suggest that if that is still a thing then it probably needs adding to the article.
