Hello again dear 3CX community.
I am currently facing an issue with my door phone system. I am using the grandstream gds3710 device with firmware version 1.0.13.10. The pbx recommends a firmware upgrade to version 1.0.7.24. I tried to upgrade the device,downgrade actually but it failed.3CX is hosted, I have assigned the door phone to a user and I have made all the standard steps so that it calls a ring group when someone calls, and a pin to unlock as a custom speed dial on the devices. I also can’t figure out the video stream I can’t make it to work both on android,iPhone or on a pc. The last update for these devices and firmware version is from 2023 so if anyone has an update or knows how to help me I would really appreciate it!
