General holidays with general announcement not possible in V20?

In V18 there was an option to activate a DID in the trunk for general holidays. In V20 I can't find it, rather then to activate a central announcement for all extensions. Is it gone? How do I activate a general announcement for all extensions for a few holidays automatically timed? If it's gone, that was a big step back from V18 to V20. Or have I overseen something in the manual with the new departments-section? For what is the holidays option existing, if I can't choose a central announcement. I'm confused, why did 3CX change that option?

In the german V18 this was a point like "Holiday announcement at holidays" in the incoming rule of DID. How I can realize this in same simple ways with V20, without changing all extensions or informing users to do so.

And in the holidays I was able to record or choose an announcement.
