Solved General MOH

Hi!

Does the general MOH play for queues or am i going to have to make a track?

I just want to cycle through some adverts whilst caller is waiting - my quick test would indicate im going to have to go down the track route but just want to check.

Yup, tracks are the way.

You can make a special file just for the queues but MOH is global. It seems to be an issue that I’ve seen come up from time to time. Makes no sense. I have 4 sites but I don’t want to bridge the systems just to have the MOH change.
