General Music on hold (MoH) in settings not working for Call Queues

Hi

We have setup 3CX using Debian, works good however we are getting issue with music on hold for "call queues" i.e. the music files in the "Settings - > Music On hold - > General MoH" is not getting played when caller is on que if we select "Play Prompt" in "Call Queues" configuration, but if we select custom music on hold in "Call Queues" configuration then both the "Prompt" audio and custom music on hold in config page are played at SAME time.

I have checked media services etc all work, all audio files are in correct format

That's usual way to have MOH and Play intro prompt played art same time.
Play intro prompt is not for music use but to deliver speaked message.
So you need a wav with just what you want to say for intro prompt and Music on other wav for MOH

When in Q callers have message + music at low volume and when message is ended MOH volume increase alone.
